LONDON (KRON) — There are calls for a boycott of “OK!” Magazine over a cover story focusing on Kate Middleton’s weight after the birth of the royal baby.
In its July 30th edition, the magazine claims to talk to the new mother’s trainer for her “exclusive” post-baby weight loss regime.
That quickly brought howls of protest on social media with some calling the story “pathetic rot.”
British television host Katy Hill says she’s organizing a boycott of the magazine over the story.
Many commenters say the story shows an inappropriate obsession wtih weight.
The magazine has not commented on the flap so far.
