Billboard Tells Young Men to Stop the Saggy Pants

MEMPHIS (KRON) — Show your mind, not your behind.

That’s the message a Tennessee businessman is sending to young people in Memphis.

Insurance agent Fred Davis spent $6,000 to rent a billboard with his anti-saggy pants message. He says he thinks men who sag their pants are really telling the world they’re involved in crime or are poorly educated.

He says he hopes young people will see the billboard and then think twice about the way they dress.
