OTTAWA, Canada (KRON) — A two-year old Canadian child is serving a suspension from her day-care center for possessing contraband, a cheese sandwich.
Randy Murray says his son and two-year old daughter had missed breakfast so he made some cheese sandwiches. Instead of eating hers, the little girl put in her pocket and then allegedly pulled it out when she got to day-care.

Workers at the center immediately suspended the girl for three-days.
Day care officials say they have a zero tolerance policy for any outside food out of concern for kids with allergies. Parents are required to sign an agreement which calls for, among other things, an automatic expulsion for possession of peanut butter.
The Murrays say they think a warning would have been more appropriate than suspending a two-year old. When the suspension is over, the parents say they won’t be putting the girl or her brother back in the same facility.
