SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (KRON) — A man who once sued Apple for causing his porn addiction is now suing the state of Utah because it won’t let him marry his laptop.

Chris Sevier says there’s no difference between the love that LGBT couples feel for each other and the attachment he has to his “porn-filled” computer.

Sevier says he applied for a marriage license but was turned away.

“They discriminated against me when they rejected my request to marry my computer,” Sevier says in the 50-page court filing. “I approached the Utah clerk to have a marriage license issued for me and my machine-spouse. The clerk denied my request for a marriage license — my object of affection was outside the scope of the narrow definition.”

Sevier is best known for his lawsuit against Apple for failing to put a “safe-mode” on his laptop to prevent him from viewing porn.
