SAN FRANCISCO — A San Francisco cab company could be considering a big change.
That is if state and local governments don’t begin regulating car services such as Uber and Lyft.
The owner of DeSoto Cab says he is thinking of exiting the cab business and turning his fleet of cars into sedan-like limos. A move that could save the company millions of dollars in fees.
