Oakland Shootings Leave Three People Injured


OAKLAND (KRON) — Police in Oakland are investigating two separate shootings that left three people injured on Monday.

A male and female victim were both shot near the corner of 67th and Bancroft avenues just before 3 p.m., police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said.

Their conditions have not been released.

Earlier in the day, a victim was found shot in West Oakland in the 3100 block of Union Street at about 11:20 a.m., police said.

The victim self-transported to a hospital with a gunshot wound, police said.

Police have not released any information on the suspects in both shootings.
