Caltrain Service Stopped in San Mateo After Truck Gets Stuck Under Railroad Bridge

SAN MATEO (KRON) — Caltrain service on the Peninsula is stopped in both direction because a truck was found stuck under a railroad bridge, a Caltrain official said this evening.

The truck is stuck under the Tilton Avenue bridge, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.

Caltrain maintenance crews will need to inspect the bridge before trains can resume operations.

Two northbound are being held in San Mateo and Millbrae, and two southbound trains in Burlingame and Millbrae.
