PHOENIX (KRON) — A Bay Area woman who has been arrested multiple times for trying to board flights without a ticket has been arrested again.

Marilyn Hartman, 62, was taken into custody Tuesday at about 11:30 a.m. at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. She was arrested in terminal 4, near baggage claim, a non-secure area of the terminal for criminal trespass, authorities said.

“Ms. Hartman was contacted on August 20, 2014 at Sky Harbor attempting to enter a security checkpoint without a ticket. During that contact she was given a trespass warning by officers and removed from the airport property,” said Sgt. Trent Crump of the Phoenix Police Department.

“She was recognized by airport personnel again today loitering around a checkpoint and again was not in possession of a airline ticket,” Crump said.

Police did not know how she got to Phoenix after being released from a detention center in Lynwood, California, and did not know if she had an attorney who could speak on her behalf.

Hartman is being booked this afternoon for criminal trespassing and officers are requesting a mental health evaluation.

Earlier this month, Hartman was arrested for stowing away on a flight from San Jose to Los Angeles. She was put on two years’ probation after she pleaded no contest to willfully and unlawfully entering the city as a stowaway. She was barred from being at the airport without a ticket.

Hours later, Hartman was arrested again after airport police spotted her wandering through the terminals.
