PENNSYLVANIA (KRON) — A 40-year-old Pennsylvania woman has been charged with having sex with 13-year-old boy and coaching the child to fake a toothache so that he could get hydrocodone for her, police said.
Jesse Kuhns allegedly had sex with the boy when he stayed at her home in March. She also is accused of threatening him to keep him from telling anyone.
She threatened ‘I will hurt you and bring your family down,’ police told the newspaper.
Then in August, Kuhns exposed her breasts to the boy and October 2013 and propositioned him, but he declined, police said.
The boy told police that Kuhns taught him how to fake a toothache so she could obtain hydrocodone, which he was prescribed during emergency room visits in October, February and March, according to a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review report.
Kuhns faces a preliminary hearing Oct. 20 on charges including statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation or fraud.
