Victim Shot in S.F. Tenderloin Robbery

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco police are searching for a man who robbed a group of people and shot one of them in the Tenderloin early Tuesday morning.

Witnesses say a man approached a group of people at Hyde and Fulton at about 2:50 a.m., pulled a gun, and demanded their property.

Investigators say the gunman then opened fire hitting on of the victims in the torso. The shooter then left the scene. The shooting victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. That person’s condition is unknown.
