MILL VALLEY (KRON) — Flooded roadways on the off-ramps from Highway 101 im Marin County is leading to huge traffic back-ups and forcing pedestrians and bicyclists to improvise.

KRON 4’s Jackie Sissel watched as bicyclists rode into high waters while pedestrians stopped to take off their shoes to cross the high water at the northbound Highway 101 off-ramp to Highway One in Mill Valley.
