REGIONAL — Bay Area transit agencies will operate on a Sunday schedule Thursday, Christmas day.
In statements, BART, Caltrain, SamTrans, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency all said they would adhere to their Sunday times, in anticipation of a light ridership.
BART said parking will be free on the holiday.
Additionally, the SFMTA said they will not enforce parking meters, seven day street sweeping, commuter tow away or residential parking permits.
