Power Mostly Restored in SF’s Lake Shore Neighborhood

SAN FRANCISCO — Power has been restored to all but 43 customers impacted by an outage in San Francisco’s Lake Shore neighborhood this afternoon, a utility spokesman said.

An outage that initially impacted 742 customers was reported around 12:15 p.m., PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.

The affected area includes customers near Sloat Boulevard, he said.

As of 2 p.m., power was restored to all but 43 customers, Guidi said.

There is no estimated time of when the remaining customers will have power back, according to Guidi.

Crews are in the area working to restore power and the cause of the outage is under investigation, Guidi said.
