SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Muni is getting back on schedule after a two hour delay when a car crashed into the center of a light rail train at Ulloa and 14th Avenue in the Sunset District.

Officials say the vehicle made contact with the center of the inbound light rail vehicle at about 4:30 p.m. Friday.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital with an unknown injury. Although the light rail train was occupied, officials say no one on board was hurt.

Crews were able to get the train back on the track and return it to serve about two hours after the initial accident
