SAN JOSE (KRON) — San Jose Police have arrested a third suspect in two September homicides.
Police arrested 20-year-old Miguel Antonio Conejoas on Janueary 14 in Concord.
He has been charged by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office with two counts of murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Police responded Sept. 23 to a call of a man shot inside a residence in the 100 block of Rancho Drive and arrived on the scene, to discover two men had been shot and killed and a woman had been injured.
The two men, Brian Lang, 28, and his father Keith Lang, 61, both of San Jose, were pronounced deceased at the scene. The woman had not been shot and suffered from injuries that were not life threatening.
Previously, police had arrested Availek Hepburn-Martin, 20, and Tearri Jaquille Richard, 20, both of Pittsburg, in connection with the murders.
