NAPA (BCN) — Two people robbed cash and jewelry from a beauty salon owner as she was getting into her car in Napa on Saturday evening, Napa police said.
The theft happened around 7:20 p.m. outside Alma’s Cutting Edge at 3073 Jefferson St. after the woman put a bag containing jewelry worth approximately $100,000 and a purse with $2,500 cash in the back seat of her parked car, police said.
Two males approached her as she was getting into her car, and one pointed a silver gun at her, police said. The suspects told her not to scream, took the purse and the jewelry and ran from the parking lot onto Jefferson Street, police said.
The suspects are described as two males, possibly Hispanic, under 20 years old and were wearing dark hoodie sweatshirts that covered their faces and shorts or blue jeans, police said.
Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact Napa police.
