Fairfield Man Arrested for Filming Teen Girls in Pool Locker Room

FAIRFIELD (KRON) — Solano County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Sacramento man for allegedly filming teen girls in the Solano Community College locker room during a swim meet.  The man was reported after a teen girl noticed him filming she and her teammates on his cellphone, according to Deputy Darryl Snedeker.

The girl notified her mother, who chased the man down while yelling for the help of the other parents.  The parents managed to corner the man in the lobby of the gym facility where they detained him until police arrived.

Police have identified the man as 33-year-old Jason Ray Paner.

Paner was arrested and interviewed by detectives who issued a warrant to search his cellphone. Several images of minor girls in the college locker room were found and another search warrant was served at Paner’s Sacramento residence, where electronic devices were seized, Snedeker said.

Paner was booked on suspicion of burglary and possession of obscene matter depicting a minor.  Paner posted bail and was released Saturday.
