OAKLAND (KRON) — a 57-year-old plumber pleaded not guilty to the July stabbing death of a 23-year-old woman in West Oakland.
Delano Moore is accused of fatally stabbing Monique Robinson, who was unresponsive when police found her at the intersection of 24th and Chestnut streets on July 3.
Moore is being held in Dublin at the Santa Rita Jail until his scheduled Alameda County Superior Court appearance on March 30th.
According to Facebook, Robinson graduated from McClymonds High School and studied at Laney College in Oakland.
Robinson’s murder had gone unsolved for five months but Moore was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with murder on Dec. 15.
