PLEASANTON (KRON) — A 25-year old woman has been arrested in connection with a Saturday robbery at a Home Depot in Pleasanton.
25-year-old Ainslee Smith of Walnut Creek was arrested in Fairfield on Tuesday, on suspicion of robbery, assault and possession of methamphetamine.
Pleasanton Police have also issued an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Steven Proctor of Danville.
Police believe he was the person who drove the vehicle that hit a loss prevention officer during the robbery.
The duo is also suspected of being behind a similar robbery at a Home Depot in Vacaville.
Smith was identified when a victim from the Pleasanton robbery picked her picture from a photo lineup.
Police investigators also found evidence in her car that linked both Smith and Proctor to the robbery.
Smith has been booked into the Santa Rita Jail and will be arraigned Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
