San Francisco Residents On Alert After Man Approaches Child At Bus Stop

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The San Francisco Police Department’s Park Station Investigation Team is searching for a suspicious person who approached a 10-year-old boy at a MUNI bus shelter last Friday.

The incident happened at about 5 p.m. as the boy waited for a bus at a MUNI stop at the northeast corner of Carl Street and Cole Street. The boy was alone in the shelter when a car drove next to the bus stop.

The man was wearing a black or brown 3/4 sleeved shirt, and he spoke without an accent. The vehicle is described as a shiny black Toyota Yaris or Honda Fit type of vehicle with 4 doors, unknown license plates.
