NOVATO (KRON) — Three men were arrested in Novato early Thursday morning after setting off a restaurant’s alarm system.
Round 1:40, officers with the Novato Police Department were called to the China Palace in the 7000 block of Redwood Boulevard when the restaurant’s alarm system was tripped.
Officers arrived to find three people trying to drive away from the restaurant.
Police detained all three, questioning them about the alarm.
After questioning them, police arrested all three on suspicion of commercial burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime.
The three arrested were Michael Charles King, Jr., a 31-year-old Suisun City resident,
Marques James Patterson, a 24-year-old Fairfield resident, and Keonte Lamar
Byrd, a 24-year-old resident of Ellenwood, Georgia.
