SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — It’s been a tough week for 49er fans after a series of retirements, the Bruce Miller arrest and rumors. During the Sunday morning news, KRON 4’s Marty Gonzalez spoke with 49ers beat writer Grant Cohn from the Press Democrat about recent team events and what’s being called “Black Monday.”
Cohn said Black Monday is being called the worst day in the history of the 49er franchise. The departure of San Francisco 49ers’ star running back Frank Gore and retirement of defensive captain Patrick Willis has left the team with major holes to fill both on the field and with fans.
