OAKLAND (KRON) — For at least one season, Raiders and 49ers fans will not have to concern themselves with threats that their beloved teams won’t be on TV for failure to sell enough tickets.

On Monday morning, the NFL announced it would not black out any preseason or regular season games.

For decades, the NFL has maintained one of the strictest blackout policies in professional which blocks televised home games if the team cannot sell out its seats 72 hours prior to its start time.
