MONTEREY COUNTY (BCN) — A Salinas man was arrested Wednesday in Monterey County after deputies said they discovered other people’s driver’s licenses, stolen credit
cards, stolen mail and methamphetamine in his car.
At 6:25 p.m., a Monterey County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a vehicle check on a black Honda parked on the shoulder between Aguajito and Loma Alta roads near Carmel.
The driver, identified as Christian Anderson, 35, was in possession of nine California driver’s licenses, two fraudulent California diver’s licenses, 24 various credit and debit cards under different names, a social security card, a notebook containing sensitive identifying information on various individuals, stolen mail, methamphetamine and a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine, deputies said.
Anderson was arrested on suspicion of 13 crimes including possession of a fake driver’s license, theft, probation violation, identity theft and possession of methamphetamine.
