Good Samaritan pulls stranded kayaker to shore

OAKLEY (KRON) — A kayaker is safe thanks to help from a good Samaritan who pulled him out of the water in the Oakley marina Sunday morning.

An employee wit the East Bay Regional Park District called police around 10 a.m. alerting them about a kayaker who had fallen into the water at the Big Break Regional Shoreline.

An emergency dispatcher says that the kayaker was in the water and couldn’t get back inside the boat.
