Rohnert Park woman sentenced for child porn and human trafficking

SANTA ROSA (KRON) — A woman in Rohnert Park who was convicted of human trafficking and coercing two 11-year-old girls to participate in child pornography was sentenced to 16 years in prison in Sonoma County Superior Court.

One of the victims was a member of defendant Katerina Larrew’s family, according to District Attorney Jill Ravitch.

28-year-old Larrew previously sold web-cam images of herself, according to Ravitch.

Larrew pleaded no contest to the human trafficking and child porn charges in April, Ravitch said.

After an investigation it was revealed that Larrew threatened the girls in order to get them to pose naked or in lingerie.  Larrew then distributed the photos over the internet selling them for three times as much as her own web cam model photos.

Larrew was charged after a family member discovered what she was doing and reported it to police.

“The conduct of this defendant was selfish and depraved,” Ravitch said in a news release. “The 16-year sentence will help the victims heal and hold the defendant accountable,” Ravitch said.

Larrew also will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life, Ravitch said.
