SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – If you will be traveling into San Francisco tomorrow, beware of the traffic and closures for the annual Bay to Breakers run.
Parts of Howard Street in the South of Market area to Fell Street near Golden Gate Park to John F. Kennedy Drive will be closed before the 8 a.m. start time.
Transit officials recommend taking buses or trains to the Embarcadero Station or Montgomery Street Station.
BART is set to open at 6 a.m. Sunday morning and will run during the day.
Several Muni service routes will be affected tomorrow. A full list of closures are listed here:
After the race, Muni buses will be around on Fulton Street between 47th and 45th avenues, Judah and La Playa streets and running downtown.
