WALNUT CREEK (KRON) — A public hearing is being held in Martinez Monday to discuss the placement of a convicted sex offender in Walnut Creek.
Seventy-one-year-old Charles Christman returned to a psychiatric facility last week after violating the terms of his parole.
Earlier in 2015, the sexually violent predator moved into a Walnut Creek Home, sparking outrage and concern among the citizens of the neighborhood.
KRON 4 has been following this story since the beginning of the year. Christman was convicted of sexually assaulting young boys back in the 1980s.
