SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco real estate seems to be getting more expensive by the minute.
So, not everyone will be surprised to hear that a 650 square foot shack in the Noe Valley area is selling for $1.6 million.
Of course, the listing agent points out it’s really about the property itself. He argued that it is a great deal for a high-end developer, and that lots in the area usually sell for closer to $2 million.
The listing describes the house as a two bedroom, one bath, with the estimated mortgage at about $6,000 a month.
The full listing could be found on Zillow.
