SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – California Highway Patrol officers are working on clearing a traffic jam at the Dublin interchange of Interstates 580 and 680.
According to the CHP the jam was caused by a stalled construction machine.
Troopers plan to have the scene cleared and reopen the two left lanes of I-680 by 9:30 a.m.
The usually nine-minute drive south on I-680 from Danville to the interchange is taking motorists more than an hour and a half to complete, according to trip planning service 511.
