ALAMEDA (KRON) — One day after a National Football League executive said there is “no viable plan to keep the Raiders” in Oakland, the Raider Nation is reacting.
That comment was made after NFL officials and owners met in Chicago to talk about relocating the team to Los Angeles.
KRON 4’s Dan Kerman was at Raiders Headquarters in Alameda Wednesday with how fans are reacting to the news.
Although the news does not look promising, Raiders fans said they are not giving up hope.
Chris Dobbins said his organization, Save Oakland Sports, has sent a letter to Raiders owner Mark Davis, and a number of other NFL owners, reminding them Oakland remains the best location for the team in part because of its die-hard fans.
And the organization said the fan base continues to grow.
