SAN MATEO (BCN) — The San Mateo Police Department says they’re experiencing technical difficulties with their non-emergency phone lines this morning, but 911 is still working for emergency calls.
Police are working with the city’s IT department to resolve the issue. Non-emergency calls are temporarily being rerouted through the dispatch center in Burlingame at (650) 777-4100.
Some non-emergencies are reportable online, according to police. For more information go to the department’s Online Crime Reporting System.
