San Jose police looking for armed robbery suspect

SAN JOSE (KRON) — San Jose police are looking for an armed robbery suspect who robbed a Subway restaurant, according to police.

Police said the robbery happened at 4750 Almaden Expressway near the intersection of Branham Lane on Aug. 29 at 3:41 p.m.

The man held up the employees with a gun and demanded cash, police said. The suspect ran away with the money.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 18-24 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a thin build and short black hair. Police said he has acne scars on his face.

He was wearing a white tank-top, police said.
