(KRON) A 6.0 magnitude earthquake has just hit Chile’s coast.
A series of powerful quakes have hit the region over the last month
On September 16 A powerful magnitude-8.3 earthquake shook Chile’s capital, causing buildings to sway and people to take refuge in the streets. Several strong aftershocks hit within minutes as tsunami alarms sounded in the nearby port of Valparaiso.
More than a million people were evacuated after that quake.
