LAKE COUNTY (KRON) — A series of earthquakes continue to shake up Northern California. At 6:16 a.m. the U.S. Geological Survey reported a magnitude of a 3.4 earthquake that shook the Lake County area early Sunday morning.
Surrounding cities that may have felt the earthquake would be The Geysers, Healdsburg, Clearlake, Windsor, and parts of the Sacramento area.
Northern California has gone through several minor earthquakes within the last month
No reports of damages or injuries occurred during the earthquake.
Just on Saturday a stream of minor earthquakes rattled the San Ramon area, according to U.S. Geological Survey reports.
Overall California has been experiencing many small quakes, but according to the U.S. Geological these types of quakes are not uncommon.
