SAN FRANCISCO (KRON/BCN) — A hit-and-run driver dragged a 65-year-old woman from the side of a vehicle Friday morning in San Francisco’s Bayview District causing the woman to suffer life-threatening injuries, police said.

Both parties exited their vehicles but then the driver of the suspect vehicle, described as a man in his 40s or 50s, got into his vehicle and attempted to drive off.

The suspect did not stop his vehicle and fled the scene. No suspects have been arrested and the assault remains under investigation.
