POMONA, Calif. (AP) – A pickup truck driver who led authorities on a 40-minute chase east of Los Angeles has been arrested after pulling up at the Pomona police station.
The California Highway Patrol says the chase began Tuesday morning in the Fontana area when the truck failed to stop after a traffic violation.
The chase led onto Interstate 210 and into Pomona, where the truck pulled into the parking lot of police headquarters.
The driver ran into the station, where he was taken into custody. His name hasn’t been released.
