FREMONT (KRON) — Thousands of dollar worth of alcohol was allegedly stolen from a Fremont store early Saturday, according to police.
Officers responded to a burglary alarm at a business in the 5100 block of Mowry Avenue at 12:47 p.m., police said.
Officers arrived to find the front window of the business had been smashed. A significant amount of high-end wine and whiskey was taken, police said.
The store’s employees estimate the loss to be valued at more than $4,000, police said.
The burglary is under investigation by police. No other information has been released at this time.
