FAIRFIELD (KRON) — A 48-year-old Fairfield man was arrested after a probation check lead officers to find five guns, a crossbow, and nearly a pound of marijuana Thursday.
Around 1 p.m., officers went to Jasson Lundberg’s house in the 1300 block of Kansas Street to conduct a probation compliance check, according to the Fairfield Police Department.
During the initial search, they found a stolen shotgun in a shed in the backyard. The shotgun has been reported stolen in Los Angeles County in 2009, according to police.
Police then obtained a search warrant for the rest of the property, officials said.
After a thorough search, officers found four more firearms, a crossbow and three-fourths of a pound of marijuana.
Police say there is evidence that leads them to believe Lundberg was selling the marijuana.
A second shotgun was also found to have been stolen out of the State of Washington in 2002.
Lundberg is facing multiple charges including being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana for sale, felon in possession of ammunition, and possession of stolen property.
