SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — As a vigil is being held in San Francisco’s Bayview District for the man who was shot and killed by police Wednesday, video of the shooting is sparking outrage.vlcsnap-2015-12-03-21h00m39s92

KRON spoke with a witness who recorded one of the three videos that have been posted on social media. The videos show disturbing images of San Francisco police officers shooting and killing a stabbing suspect in the Bayview.

“I know he was wrong for what he did, but I believe no one deserves to die, ya know,” witness Paco Wilson said.

Wilson said he shot this video. He had just come home from work when the gunshots rang out.

“They should have just…kept firing the beanbags. He wasn’t a threat…(was not) trying to go towards anyone,” Wilson said. “You can fire the beanbags. I don’t think you have to have 20 shots at somebody that has a knife.”

Mario Woods is the man who was shot and killed. Police said he was the suspect in a stabbing a short time earlier.

Police said he would not drop his knife and he moved towards officers.
