Bomb squad called out for suspicious device in Mountain View

MOUNTAIN VIEW (KRON/BCN) — A bomb squad has been called to a pharmacy in Mountain View to investigate a suspicious device this afternoon, according to police.

The Mountain View Police Department announced via Twitter at 1:37 p.m. that a suspicious device had been located inside the CVS pharmacy at 2630 West El Camino Real.

The store has been evacuated, according to police, and the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office bomb squad is headed to the scene.
