All lanes on eastbound 80 reopen in Fairfield after crash

UPDATE: The Sig-Alert has been canceled and all lanes have reopened.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries as a result of the crash, the CHP said. The Sig-Alert was canceled at 9:21 p.m.

The crash involved a mustang and SUV, the CHP said.


 

FAIRIFLED (KRON) — The California Highway Patrol has issued a Sig-Alert for eastbound Interstate Highway 80 in Fairfield Wednesday night due to a collision, the CHP said.

The collision happened at around 8:52 p.m., just east of Travis Boulevard, the CHP said. The Sig-Alert was issued at 8:58 p.m., according to the CHP.
