U.S. home resales posted their sharpest drop in five years in November, a potential warning sign for the health of the U.S. economy although new regulations on paperwork for home purchases may have driven the decline. Also potentially weighing on home sales, the median price for a U.S. existing home rose to $220,300 in November, up 6.3 percent from the same month in 2014.
SpaceX successfully launched their Falcon 9 rocket carrying 11 satellites to low-Earth orbit. This mission also marked SpaceX’s first successful landing of the first stage booster.
Google is partnering with Ford to create a company that builds self-driving cars using Google technology. The company will be legally separate from Ford, partly to protect Ford from potential liability concerns with the new cars.
