SAN JOSE (KRON) — A San Jose family is mourning a loss of a 24-year-old man that was a big member of them. Jose Luis Marin left home but never made it back on Christmas morning. He was fatally stabbed.
Marin provided for his family. He worked late at a warehouse to to help out his siblings and single mother.
The incident occurred at the corner of North 26th Street and East Julian Street.
According to his family, he was approached by a group, stabbed him, and ran off. His body was found around 5:30 a.m. Christmas morning.
His family says that he was not a gang member and was a good guy.
Police do not have a motive behind the stabbing.
