DUBLIN (KRON) — A police officer on a motorcycle was hit and injured by a suspect in a stolen vehicle in Dublin on Wednesday, according to officials.
California Highway Patrol began to pursue a stolen vehicle on I-580 around 10 a.m., according to CHP.
The car got off the highway in Dublin, drove around a neighborhood before pulling over and to let two suspects out of the car, CHP said.
The driver then made a u-turn and hit a Dublin police officer on a motorcycle who was at the intersection.
The officer was transported to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley with a compound fracture to his leg.
All four suspects are in custody.
Initially, two suspects, a man and a woman, were arrested and another two were outstanding. A perimeter was set and authorities were able to arrest the other two suspects, also a man and a woman.
