OAKLAND (KRON) — Golden State Warriors star guard Steph Curry will be out of the line up Wednesday night because of his injured lower left leg, according to a report by ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne.

The Warriors (29-1) are in Dallas to take on Mavericks (18-13) at American Airlines Center.

Curry, who underwent an MRI on Wednesday, led the Warriors past the Sacramento Kings Monday night with his sixth career triple-double (23 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists).

MRI shows bruised lower left leg, team officials said. Curry will be evaluated day-to-day.

The reigning MVP injured his leg during the Warriors’ 122–103 win over the Kings and was spotted hobbling around on the court. Interim head coach Luke Walton told reporters after the game that Curry would sit out the next two games.
