Fremont police looking for suspect who robbed man at gunpoint

FREMONT (KRON) — Fremont police are searching for a man who tried to rob a person at gunpoint at an ATM early Wednesday morning, according to police.

The suspect went up to the victim at around 5:49 a.m. at an ATM located in the 39400 block of Fremont Boulevard, police said.

The suspect is being described as a black man, with a medium build. He’s about 5 feet 6 inches tall, last seen wearing a dark cap, jacket, and pants.

Fremont police are still investigating the robbery. Anyone with information can call Officer Piol at (510) 790 6800.
