MY KRON 4: Walnut Creek apartment water damage follow up, landlord apologizes


WALNUT CREEK (KRON) — We are hearing from the company that owns an apartment complex with a serious leaky roof in Walnut Creek.

KRON is following up on the MyKRON4 story we first brought you Monday.

KRON’s Kate Cagle spoke to the building management, which now acknowledges it has a complicated problem to solve.



The landlord, which is a company, said it is “genuinely sorry” for the anxiety, frustration, and inconvenience caused by the faulty roof.
