SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — When Super Bowl 50 comes to the Bay Area next week, the world will be watching.

As the uncle of the late Oscar Grant and a veteran of many protests against alleged police misdeeds, Cephus Johnson will not be surprised if Super Bowl week is on activists’ radar.
In the wake of one activist group’s recent shutdown of the Bay Bridge and transit-oriented disruptions, law enforcement from San Francisco to Santa Clara said First Amendment rights will be respected amid plenty of extra security.
