San Francisco man stabbed in Tenderloin fight dies of injuries

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A San Francisco man who was stabbed in the Tenderloin District last week has died of his injuries, according to police.

Investigators are now looking for witnesses to the fight that lead to the death, police said Wednesday.

Joseph Razo, 29, died of his injuries at a hospital Tuesday night following a stabbing in the early hours of Jan. 25, according to the San Francisco medical examiner’s office and police.

Police said Razo and another victim were stabbed during a fight with six men and a woman, all in their 20s, that occurred in the area of Sutter and Taylor streets around 1:45 a.m.

Sgt. Dennis Toomer Wednesday said there are no suspects in custody and homicide investigators are asking any witnesses to come forward.
